Lead by John S. Olinger, the grandson of Hoyt's founder, Harry Hoyt, this panel is comprised of six forward-thinking individuals, each tenaciously committed to the perpetuation of the long standing corporate ideals and core values which have delivered Hoyt to its current standing.

This core group recognizes that for its goals to be reached, it is the cumulative effort of every employee, exerted in unison, that is essential for these goals to reach fruition. From the first turn of a wrench to the handshake of a sales consultant, there are no small roles.
